Ticket policy
Discounted tickets apply only to the matching ticket type and may require a membership number, student status, or other reference. Quantities cannot exceed the published maximum for each type.
Reserve your tickets first, then complete payment from your reservation. E-tickets are issued by email after payment is confirmed. Transfers follow the event organizer’s instructions.
Reservations are subject to organizer approval. Refunds, if any, follow the published event policy and the payment method originally used.

Ticket Purchasing Policy.
The standard ticket price for the NBQSA 2026 Awards Night is 30,000 LKR per person. The ticket price is non-negotiable.
Applicable Discounts
BCS Members’ Discount
Members of BCS are offered the ticket at 20,000 LKR (Special discount). Please select the ticket type as ‘BCS Member’ and enter your valid BCS membership number when requesting the tickets. One member can purchase only one ticket, and the purchased ticket is non-transferable. You may be required to provide additional information upon request to verify your membership.
Tertiary Student Winner Circle discount
1 free ticket for each winning entry. The rest of the registered team members are offered tickets at a discounted rate of 15,000 LKR. Please select the ticket type as ‘Tertiary Winner’ and enter your application reference number when requesting tickets.
Postgraduate or Commercial Category Entry Discount
1 ticket is offered at a discounted rate of 15,000 LKR for each application entry. Please select the ticket type as ‘Postgraduate Applicants (Special Discount)’ or ‘Commercial Applicants (Special Discount)’ and enter your application reference number when requesting tickets.
If you wish to purchase additional tickets, please select ‘Postgraduate Applicants (Additional Tickets)’ or ‘Commercial Applicants (Additional Tickets)’.
